EspinaDirector and Principal On November 1, 1979, Mr. Espina became a partner in the accounting firm of Elwood & Espina, Incorporated, which over the next 28 years became one of the premier accounting firms in San Mateo County. On January 1, 2007, Elwood & Espina, Incorporated merged with Shea Labagh Dobberstein.

| After college, Mr. Espina joined an international accounting firm, where he was promoted to audit manager in 1976. He worked at the Small Business Division, which was responsible for providing accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services to a variety of non-public businesses. He had responsibility for tax planning and compliance work for individuals and closely-held corporations. Since joining Elwood • Espina • Ferrell LLP, he has provided a broad range of auditing and tax consulting services to closely-held clients in manufacturing, construction, architectural and engineering, distribution, retail businesses and not-for-profits. |

Frank Espina is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is a member of the American Association of Spanish-Speaking Certified Public Accountants and has been active with the National Association of Accountants. Mr. Espina received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from San Francisco State University. Prior to attending the University, he served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Espina has been involved extensively in civic and other outside activities.
