FerrellDirector and Principal In November, 1985, Ms. Ferrell joined the accounting firm of Elwood & Espina, Incorporated, which over the next 22 years became one of the premier accounting firms in San Mateo County. On January 1, 2007, Elwood & Espina, Incorporated merged with Shea Labagh Dobberstein.

| Ms. Ferrell provides audit, accounting, tax planning and compliance and a variety of business consulting services to closely held companies and primarily high net worth individual clients. She has had a major specialization in real estate development, leasing and continuing care retirement communities. Additionally, she has had extensive experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, manufacturing, distribution and retailing. |

| Nancy Ferrell is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Ferrell is a graduate of the Leadership San Mateo/Foster City/Burlingame Class of 1994-1995. Ms. Ferrell has been involved in civic and other outside activities.
She is currently the Treasurer and a member of the Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County Board of Directors, and she was a member of the San Mateo County Private Industry Council (“PIC”) Board of Directors. In addition, she was the Audit/Oversight Committee Chair for the PIC. She received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
