 Daniel Giese, Senior Accounting Manager As Shea Labagh Dobberstein’s Senior Accounting Manager, Daniel Giese has been with the firm for seventeen years. He trains the audit staff and reviews workpapers, staff conduct of an audit engagement, and the final financial statement product.

| Mr. Giese’s outstanding professionalism has been

an "unqualified opinion" with no "letters of comment." He regularly
meets with clients to explain their financial statements and provide details on what the
numbers mean, how they came about, and how they compare to industry norms for companies of
the same size. Daniel Giese is a CPA, a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs. Mr. Giese has a BS in Accounting from San Francisco State University. |
